Welcome to Lexicon Labs! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our open-source AI wrapper framework for Solana (the "Framework"). By accessing, downloading, modifying, or using the Framework, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Framework.
1. License & Open-Source Usage
The Framework is provided under the MIT License, a permissive open-source license. You are free to:
- •Use, modify, and distribute the Framework in accordance with the terms of the MIT License
- •Integrate the Framework into your own projects, whether personal or commercial
However, your use of the Framework is subject to the following conditions:
- •Prohibited Activities: You must not use the Framework for malicious, illegal, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, unauthorized automation, or any activity that violates Solana network rules or applicable laws
- •Attribution: When using or modifying the Framework, you must provide proper attribution to Lexicon Labs as specified in the MIT License
- •Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms (e.g., Solana network rules) when using the Framework
2. Disclaimer of Liability
The Framework is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. Lexicon Labs disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Framework. Specifically:
- •Lexicon Labs is not responsible for any bugs, errors, or unintended behavior in the Framework
- •Lexicon Labs is not liable for any system failures, downtime, or security vulnerabilities resulting from your use or integration of the Framework
- •Lexicon Labs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Framework
- •You assume all risks associated with using and integrating the Framework into your projects
3. Support & Premium Features
While the core Framework is open-source and free to use, Lexicon Labs may offer paid enterprise support or premium features under separate agreements. Unless explicitly agreed in writing:
- •Any support provided by Lexicon Labs is voluntary and non-binding
- •Paid services are subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided separately
4. Data & Privacy
Lexicon Labs does not collect, process, or store any user data, API keys, or project-related information. However:
- •If you integrate the Framework into your project, you are solely responsible for handling any data processed by your application
- •You must ensure that your use of the Framework complies with all applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
- •Lexicon Labs is not liable for how you or third parties handle data when using the Framework
5. No Warranty
Lexicon Labs makes no guarantees regarding the functionality, reliability, or suitability of the Framework for any specific purpose. The Framework may contain bugs, errors, or limitations, and you acknowledge that the entire risk of use lies with you.
6. Termination of Use
Lexicon Labs reserves the right to revoke or restrict your access to the Framework at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- •Violations of these Terms
- •Use of the Framework for malicious, illegal, or harmful activities
- •Failure to provide proper attribution as required by the MIT License
7. Changes to These Terms
Lexicon Labs may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Framework, legal requirements, or industry standards.
